Shipping costs are included in the listed purchase price unless otherwise noted.
Processing times may vary depending on availability and current studio workload.
Returns & Exchanges
Because each piece is handmade and one of a kind, returns and exchanges are not accepted.
If your order arrives damaged:
contact Foxtail Gallery within 48 hours of delivery
include photos of the packaging and the damaged piece
retain all original packaging materials until the issue is resolved
Every effort will be made to resolve shipping damage fairly and thoughtfully.
